Refunds & Returns Policy
At Spa Filter Adapter, we’re committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our product. Please review the following information regarding returns, refunds, and warranty replacements.
Refunds
We offer refunds only for items that are unopened and unused. If your item is still sealed in its original packaging and has not been used, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
- A proof of purchase must be provided
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
Please note: Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund

- A brief reason for the return
- Confirmation that the product is unopened and unused

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
1-Year Warranty
Every Spa Filter Adapter comes with a 1-year limited warranty. If any part of your adapter breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, we’ll replace it for free—you just pay for shipping.
Warranty eligibility requires:
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Confirmation that the damage is not due to misuse or modification
- Contact made within the warranty period
How to Request Replacement Parts
To order a replacement part under warranty, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your original proof of purchase
- A description and photo of the issue (if applicable)
- Your current shipping address
We’ll review your request and, once approved, provide instructions for paying the shipping fee before sending your replacement.
