Product and Compatibility
SpaFilterAdapter.com sells an aftermarket adapter kit designed to let compatible 2020+ Arctic Spas Custom Series hot tubs use compatible generic replacement filters. Generic filters are required and sold separately. Before ordering or installing the kit, you are responsible for confirming your hot tub model, model year, filtration configuration, and compatibility with the product information on this site.

SpaFilterAdapter.com and its products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Arctic Spas or any other original equipment manufacturer unless explicitly stated. Product and brand names are used only to identify compatibility. See our Disclaimer for additional information.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the total shown at checkout, including applicable product charges, shipping, and taxes. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or the order appears fraudulent or contains an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
International Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control or predict these charges.
You are responsible for complying with local import requirements and clearing the shipment through customs. Refusal or failure to clear customs may cause delay, abandonment, or return of the package. Any refund available for a returned international order will be determined under our return policy and applicable law after the package is received and inspected.
Returns and Limited Warranty
Returns, refunds, and the one-year limited adapter warranty are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Installation and Use
You agree to review the product information and installation instructions before installation or use. Stop using the product and contact us if a part appears damaged or does not fit as described. Do not force, alter, or modify parts to make them fit.
Post-Purchase Communications
We may send transactional messages about your order and a follow-up request for product feedback. Promotional messages, when used, will include an available unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not prevent necessary order, account, security, or service communications.

We try to keep product, compatibility, installation, maintenance, and educational information accurate and current, but errors or omissions may occur. Website content is general information and does not replace the instructions, safety guidance, or warranty terms supplied by your hot tub, equipment, chemical, or filter manufacturer.
