We stand behind the Spa Filter Adapter Kit and want the return and warranty process to be straightforward. This policy applies to adapter kits and adapter parts purchased directly from SpaFilterAdapter.com. Compatible generic filters are required and sold separately; filters purchased from another seller are not covered by this policy.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the adapter kit is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
- You must provide an order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
- You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Opened, installed, used, modified, or customer-damaged items are not eligible for a standard return. This does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Requesting a Return
Before mailing anything, email support@spafilteradapter.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and confirmation that the product is unopened and unused. Please wait for return approval and instructions. Packages sent without contacting us first may delay processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method because we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, appears to have a manufacturing defect, or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly at support@spafilteradapter.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when helpful. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will email you with the result. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear after it is processed; timing depends on your financial institution.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Each Spa Filter Adapter Kit includes a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If an adapter part breaks because of a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we will replace the affected part at no charge for the part. The customer is responsible for replacement shipping costs.
The limited warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper installation, modification, accidental damage, use with incompatible components, or damage caused by a hot tub, filter, chemical condition, or other product not sold by SpaFilterAdapter.com.
Requesting Warranty Parts
Email support@spafilteradapter.com with:
- Your order number or other proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue and photos when applicable.
- Your current shipping address.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the replacement and shipping payment.
